Returns/Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

1. It must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused.
It should include all original tags and must be in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns on SALE items, items bought with a gift card and Hijabs.
Items bought with a discount code will be refunded in the form of store credit.


2. Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at Haya_collection@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that when requesting a return, the return costs will be deducted from the original amount to cover the shipping costs.

3. Sale/Discounted Items:

We regret that we cannot accept returns on SALE items. All sales of discounted items are final. 

For items purchased at a discounted price (with a discount code), the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within the day of receiving so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Return of Orders:

Haya collection will issue a refund for an order only if it is returned to our facility. If an order is not shipped back to us due to customs-related issues or any other reasons, we cannot process a refund.

In the case of international returns resulting from refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, the shipping fee and any other return fees will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.
