If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees required for their order, Haya collection will not issue a refund for the order. It is essential to be aware of and prepared for any potential customs charges before placing an order with us.

In the case of international returns resulting from refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, a restocking fee will be applied 

   
Shipping Delays:

Once your order leaves our facility, any delays in shipping are beyond our control. Lost Items:

Haya collection is not responsible for any lost items. Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, any issues related to lost items should be reported to the carrier for resolution. We recommend tracking your order to ensure its safe delivery.
